Step 1 - Click on Sign Up link on the login page
Step 2 - Fill in all the field in the sign up form and click Sign Up
Step 3 - A verification email will be sent to you. Check you your email and click on the verification link
Step 4 - Once your email has been verify, you can login to the journal system
