Step 1: If email cannot be found in your inbox, check the spam folder.
Step 2: If email is not in the Spam folder, confirm if the email account used to sign-up to Opussoft is the same account you have opened.
Step 3: If the email used is the same, check to see if the steps to sign up were followed accordingly.
Step 4: If the email address is present in the spam folder, go to “Contacts”
Step 5: Click on "Create contact"
Step 6: Input the following information and save the changes.
